We are an Engineering Institute of Orissa offering 4 years Bachelor of Technology(B.Tech.) program. The Institute is affilliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology and is approved by the All India Council of Technical Educational(AICTE). The Institute has been established  with the aim of becoming a center of excellence in technical education at par with the best schools of the world.

We have 450 students graduating every year in the following disciplines

Computer Science & Engineering
Electronics & Communications Engineering
Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering
Information Technology

Students are admitted from the Orissa Joint Entrance Examination(JEE). Every year about 40,000 students appear for JEE out of which 8000 are selected for admission into engineering college. Our innovative syllabus, rigorous teaching program and committed for faculty from the best schools of India has always drawn the JEE TOP rankers to join our Institute. In addition to the courses offered in the University syllabus, our students are well versed with the latest engineering and computer skills. These skill-oriented fast placed courses are offered by NIST Technology Consulting Services (NTCS).

We would like our students to be associated with a highly professional and committed company such as yours. In this regard we would like you to assist us in two ways:

(a) Firstly to impart state-of-the-art engineering knowledge and skills by kindly participating in our Summer Training Program

for pre-final year students. As part of their curriculum requirements these students must undergo a training program for 2 months between May 2001 to July 2001. At the end of the program the participating student must present a seminar at the Institute based on his/her work at the participating company.

(b) Secondly and most importantly be to visit our campus during Campus Placement

as a part of your recruitment activities. We are very positive that you will find our students to be equal to the best of engineering graduates in the country.
