Dr. Maifuz Ali, Faculty of NIST from electronics & communication dept who is presently doing his Post Doc in Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), South Korea has won the URSI Young Scientist Award for his work in Communication Engineering. He will receive his award in a conference in Turkey.

   Dr Ali is the third person from NIST to share this honor along with two of our faculty members who have already been awarded with this prestigious award in the past.
