Application in prescribed form (available below) are invited from the candidates for recruitment of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under DST-SERC research project entitled "HEMT Design and Modeling for High Frequency Communication Circuit"

Required Qualification: M.Tech in ECE, B.Tech (ECE /EEE/ EIE) (with a CGPA score as per AICTE rule), M.Sc (with Electronics Special paper) with at least 60% marks.

Desirable: NET/GATE qualified

Fellowship: Rs. 12000/- p.m for first and second year and Rs. 14000/- p.m. for third year.

Tenure: 3 years or till the termination of the project whichever is earlier and during this time the work will lead to Ph.D.
