5. Fault detection and location in Combinational Circuits: Fault detection and location, classical methods, path sensitizing method, Equivalent Normal Form Method, Two level Circuit fault detection, Multi level Circuit fault detection, Boolean differences methods, SPOOF method.
6. A/D, D/A Converters: R-2R ladder network, Binary ladders, Examples of DAC Ics, Successive approximation ADC, Examples of ADC Ics.
