2. Fill the application form send the same to us through regd. post/courier with the photocopies of following documents and demand draft of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) towards processing fees:
   
   
   1. 10th/HSC Pass Certificate
      
      
   2. +2/Intermeidiate Pass Certificate
      
      
   3. Mark sheets of +3/Graduation (if available)
      
      
   4. 2 Passport size coloured photograph
      
      
   5. Valid Rank/Score card of MAT/ATMA/Orissa-JEE/CAT/XAT
      
      
   6. Demand Draft of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only)should be made in favor of “NIST Business School” payable at Berhampur,Ganjam, Orissa.
      
      
3. Last date for receiving completed application: 10th May, 2010
   
   
4. Short listed candidates will be called for GD and PI between 15th April, 2010 to 15th May, 2010
   
   
5. Final list of selected candidates will be published during 3rd Week of May, 2010.
   
   
6. Classes for PGDM (2009-2011) batch will start from 1st Week of July, 2010
